As communicated on Friday 9 October, today we have made changes to the following Core residential products:

  • Selected 65% LTV fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.25%
  • Selected 75% LTV fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.35%
  • Selected 85% LTV fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.25%
  • Selected Shared Ownership fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.30%
