A comprehensive proposition
We’ve made a number of enhancements to our new build proposition. This includes:
- Cash incentives up to 5% and unlimited non-cash incentives without impacting the loan amount.*
- Deals available up to 85% LTV for new build houses.
- A comprehensive range of Help to Buy: Equity Loan deals for government schemes in England, London, Scotland and Wales.
- Part-exchange transactions accepted.**
- Six month Offer of Loan as standard with a six month extension if needed. Subject to criteria.
- Improvements to the way we calculate affordability for Help to Buy: Equity Loans.
