Intermediary feedback to Virgin Money told them that larger loans would help your clients. As a result they’ve increased their maximum residential loan size from £1m to £2m and have launched mortgage deals to support these customers:
- 2 and 5 year £1m+ fixed rates at 60% and 75% LTV with a £1,495 fee start from 1.65%
