At 8pm on Thursday 2 May we will amend the following residential products:
Core range
- 85% LTV 3 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be increased to 2.06%;
- 85% LTV 3 Year Fixed Rate fee saver option will be increased to 2.31%;
We will also be increasing rates on a selection of our BTL Product Transfer products.
In line with our commitments, we are giving you at least 24 hours’ notice of this product withdrawal. To avoid disappointment, please submit any outstanding applications on these deals as soon as possible.

End dates will remain at 1 September of the relevant year.
