It’s been a few weeks since we launched lending for BTL portfolio landlords.

We understand that these applications have additional steps compared to our normal requirements and will be assessed against some additional criteria. So we’ve created some useful tools to help you through the process.

Unless your client is remortgaging a BTL property without increasing the existing loan amount, they will need to provide us with some extra documentation.

One of these documents is the property schedule which needs to be submitted to our BTL Hub, hosted by eTech. If you aren’t familiar with using the BTL Hub, eTech have created a range of helpful videos to demonstrate how to use the essential functions. They will show you:

The cashflow template has recently been updated with guidance notes to help you complete this accurately. The latest version is always available on our dedicated intermediary website.
