Following Government announcements last week and the restart of physical valuations and property viewings in England, we’ve been working hard to offer a broader product range for you and your clients. And we’re delighted to let you know that from next week we will launch a wider range of products, supported by a mix of physical and remote valuations.
Residential mortgages up to 90% LTV and BTL mortgages up to 80% LTV will be available. We will also withdraw the temporary limits on loan sizes and property values that we have had in place over recent weeks. We’ll be able to help with your large loans, shared ownership and new build cases.
What does this mean for your pipeline customers?
Our priority now is processing the small number of pipeline cases on hold requiring a physical valuation in England. We aim to book in physical valuations as soon as possible, which will be carried out under government guidelines of working safely during coronavirus in other people’s homes and only if the occupier is happy to give consent to allow access. Once restrictions ease in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales we’ll work with customers to progress those cases too.
