We wanted to let you know that we’re making some changes to the following mortgages at 8pm from Monday 29th November 2021.

Exclusives

  • 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be increased to 1.67%.
  • BTL 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee will be increased to 1.55%.

Core

  • 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be increased by 0.02% to 1.36%.
  • Greener 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be increased by 0.02% to 1.31%.
  • 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.06% to 1.60%.
  • 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be increased by 0.12% to 1.56%.
  • Greener 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be increased by 0.12% to 1.51%.
  • 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.11% to 1.69%.
  • Selected 75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.11%.
  • Selected BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.09%.
