We wanted to let you know that we’ve made some changes to the following Clydesdale Bank products.
- Selected residential 85% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.11%.
- Residential 90% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.30%.
- Residential 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.27%.
Our residential 95% LTV fixed rates with £999 fee will now come with a free valuation for purchase customers on properties up to £3m.
To confirm what we said on Monday, we’ve also made these changes.
- Selected residential 75% LTV 2 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.05%
- Selected residential 75% LTV 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.10%
