The first steps for your client needs to do to take advance of this is to register on the Member Zone, complete a health check and start tracking points. As part of their welcome pack they receive an insert that guides them to do this, along with their Membership Number. This insert is clear and simple to help them get registered and highlighting all the partners they can have access to.
To help you, help your client, get the most of their VitalityLife plan, we’ve now made this welcome insert into an aftercare sales aid for you to walk your clients through once they have their membership number.

There are two versions, one for clients on a Core plan and the other for clients with an Optimiser.

VITALITY HEALTHY KIDS WEBSITE UPDATE

Following feedback from advisers regarding our new Vitality Healthy Kids online area, we have made the site more adviser friendly. ‘Vitality Health Insurance’ and ‘Vitality Life Insurance’ links have now been removed from the main Vitality Healthy Kids website navigation. We’re thrilled that Disney, one of the world’s most iconic family brands, has teamed up with us on our shred mission to help families lead a healthier lifestyle. Our Healthy Kids area contains loads of fun activities and child-focused recipes, inspired by some of Disney’s most famous stars! Helping children to get more active, eat well, develop healthy habits – and have lots of fun along the way.

To help improve print efficiency and initiate our plans of going digital, all our Plan Provisions will now be available to download as a PDF from the Adviser Literature and Tools page only. This means that these provisions will no longer be listed in our literature request form for print.

You will still be able to order the Plan Summaries as stock from the Literature Request Form, as this this a key item used at the point-of-sale.
