Quotes on our existing life insurance products that require any changes after 3rd October 2020 will need to be re-keyed to the new Personal Protection Plan.
Quotes in pipeline that wish to benefit from the new Optimiser should be started, and then have this added via servicing.
Servicing
- Members will not be able to add discontinued benefits to existing or new plans, with the exception of Optional Serious Illness Cover for Children (OSICC)
- Existing plans can still make servicing changes to reduce cover for benefits that are now not available to new business. The level of benefit cannot be increased.
Quotes completed on existing products – edit functionality from 3 October 2020
Quote functionality for the new product will be switched on from the 3rd October 2020. For anyone with an existing quote it will not be possible to amend or update existing quotes. To apply for the new product version a new quote will need to be created.
Quotes on existing products can have changes requested to them in underwriting or after activation through contacting our service centre.
