VitalityLife Underwriting – Open for business
Over the course of the pandemic Vitality have successfully launched a number of initiatives designed to support you and your clients.
One of these initiatives is we’re now able to request Virtual Screenings for certain clients as we’re unable to arrange face-to-face Vitality Nurse Screenings. Our Vitality Nurse Team will work to coordinate the Virtual Screenings with clients.
Vitality’s underwriting team are ensuring that they maintain service levels and deliver on their core purpose of enhancing and protecting clients’ lives. Understandably during this pandemic Vitality have had to adjust some of their activity to navigate these uncertain times and the potential delays in receiving GP reports for underwriting purposes.
