We’re delighted to announce that Vitality scooped gold at this month’s Customer Experience awards ceremony in the category of CX Team of the Year – Up to 5001 employees.

The awards attract leading companies such as Mercedes-Benz, AIB, HSBC, Virgin Money and O2. The standard is extremely high and this year was no exception. We faced some incredibly tough competition, with many organisations demonstrating how they have successfully overcome and adapted to the pandemic.
