With effect from Friday 11th March, we’ll be making a number of changes to our

BTL mortgage product ranges.

Occasionally, during exceptionally busy periods, it may take you a little longer than normal to

access the system and we thank you for your patience.

Summary of changes:

 

Existing BTL customer switching / borrowing more

  • 2 Year Fixed Standard at 60%, 65% and 75% LTV increased
  • 2 Year Fixed Fee Saver at 60%, 65% and 75% LTV increased
  • 5 Year Fixed Standard at 65% and 75% LTV increased
  • 5 Year Fixed Fee Saver at 60%, 65% and 75% LTV increased

BTL remortgage

  • 2 Year Fixed Standard at 60% LTV increased
  • 5 Year Fixed Standard at 65% and 75% LTV increased
  • 5 Year Fixed Fee Saver at 60%, 65% and 75% LTV increased

BTL purchase

  • 2 Year Fixed Standard at 60%, 65% and 75% LTV increased
  • 2 Year Fixed Fee Saver at 60%, 65% and 75% LTV increased
  • 5 Year Fixed Standard at 65% and 75% LTV increased
  • 5 Year Fixed Fee Saver at 60%, 65% and 75% LTV increased

All of our fixed rate end dates will be extended as below:

  • 2 year fixed rates – 31st July 2024
  • 3 year fixed rates – 31st July 2025
  • 5 year fixed rates – 31st July 2027

Full applications must be completed by midnight, Thursday 10th March, in order to secure

a product(s) from our current BTL range.

All evidential and supporting documentation must be provided within 21 days of submission.

You will be able to view our updated BTL product range from Friday 11th March.
