Exclusive· All Exclusive rates will be withdrawn, except our residential 80% LTV fixed rates which will be increased by up to 0.40%. |
Core· All 65% – 85% LTV fixed rates will be increased by between 0.15-0.35%. · Selected 90% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.20%. · All BTL fixed rates will be increased by between 0.10-0.30%. |
