We’ve got some great news, we’ve improved our buy to let application process.
From next week you won’t need to submit paper application forms for individual and company residential buy to let applications.
When you submit a specialist buy to let application in the commercial portal, the data you input will now be available to download as an application summary form. So they’ll be no need for paper application forms to be manually completed for your records.
You’ll get an email when the document is ready, along with the packaging requirements for your case, which could be up to 48 hours after you’ve submitted an application.
This is for individual and company residential buy to let applications, keyed through the commercial portal from Monday 12th August 2019. It doesn’t apply to cases processed directly through our commercial team*.
*Please note that for any application processed by the commercial team, the application summary is not available irrelevant of underlying asset.
