The streamlined range features reduced rates on many products, new zero product fee options and we’ve increased most of the maximum loan sizes across the range. Additionally, we are pleased to announce we have increased the maximum LTV on our Specialist products up to 75%.

- Specialist New Build & Flats Above Commercial products available up to 75% LTV, with Max Loan size of £750K;
- Removal of outside M25 loan limit for New Build.
