CherykUpcoming Training Session

I am pleased to confirm that the next Training Session to be held at the offices in Knowle is tentatively booked for Thursday 21st January 2016. Due to the numbers of Advisers who expressed an interest to attend there will be 2 sessions held on this day. First one will be 10.30am through to 1.30pm and again at 2.00pm to 5.00pm. Can you please email compliance@therightmortgage.co.uk with your preferred time slot.  The Training will be around the Sales Process and The Key and there will be an opportunity for a Q & A Session.

Suitability Letters – PROTECTION

We have been asked on many occasions where you can find the templates for the Suitability Letters for Protection cases. All the suitability Letters can be found on the adviser website – www.rightmortgageadviser.com – in the Document Library. There are several examples of Templates you can use for different types of Protection Products.  All the Templates are compliant and cover all areas of need.

Suitability Letters – MORTGAGE

The Suitability Letter for All Mortgage Products are generated from the Key.  This Template has all the necessary fields required in all situations. This letter is produced in ‘word’ format and you can edit the document to suit your client’s personal circumstances. Best practice is to copy and paste your finished document onto a Company Letterhead prior to handing to your client.

Compliance Pack – GI Insurance

For all Advisers that source GI Insurance through Uinsure and The Source,  an automated ‘Compliance Pack’ is produced which includes all the necessary documents required for the TRM Process with the exception of the Disclosure Document and the signed Customer Declaration which you will need to attach to the product in the Key.

Buy to Lets

There appears to be some confusion regarding the TRM Sales Process for Buy To Let Mortgages. Please note that the Sales Process is identical to the Residential Mortgage Sales process where all documentation has to be obtained regardless of the Lender’s Requirements.  Please see ‘Sales Process’ on the adviser website.
