We’re making the following changes to our residential product range at 9am on Monday 9 October:
New residential products
We are launching 2 new ERC free products at 85% & 90% LTV. Both are available for home purchase and remortgage. These new deals have a free valuation incentive and a £995 product fee.
Residential rates going up
Increasing the rates on 18 products by up to 0.10%
Residential products being withdrawn and not replaced
We’re withdrawing five products 2, 3 & 5 year deals across the 65% to 85% LTV bands – codes 46290, 46292, 46302 46304 & 46218
Residential deals not changing
72 products will be left unchanged
The products affected will be withdrawn at 8pm on Sunday 8 October and the new deals will be available from 9am on Monday 9 October.
