British Friendly: First IP provider to launch mobile app with Square Health services
We’re excited to announce that we’re the first Income Protection provider to launch a range of Square Health services on their new mobile app!
In February this year, we launched our new discretionary Mutual Benefits programme for all our members (subject to eligibility in our terms and conditions).The programme provides practical lifestyle benefits that members can use everyday whether they’re claiming or not. Benefits are grouped under four pillars – Mutual Rewards, Mutual Wellbeing, Mutual Support and Mutual Partners.
We’ve teamed up with Square Health as one of our Mutual Support partners to give your clients access to a range of free healthcare services so they can get the medical support they need at a time that’s convenient for them.
British Friendly members are given 100 Health Support Points to use on the services of their choice each year.
Services include:
Virtual GP consultations (25 Health Support Points)
Physiotherapy (33 Health Support Points)
Counselling (33 Health Support Points)
2nd opinion services (100 Health Support Points)
Our new Mutual Support mobile application provided by Square Health makes accessing these services even more convenient for your clients. With the app, your clients can book appointments 24/7, keep track of their Health Support Points, access additional services and better monitor their health.
The app is available for most IOS and Android devices and can be downloaded via the appropriate App Store or once members have logged into their Mutual Benefits account on members.britishfriendly.com.
We hope this new development will make it even easier for your clients to access important medical services when they need them.
