It’s been a busy start to 2018 here at Cirencester Friendly as we continue to find ways of improving our products and services for both our Members, and, of course, you.
The financial industry awards season is also now upon us. This means it’s time to cast your votes in the highly coveted 2018 Investment Life & Pensions Moneyfacts Awards – we’re really hoping we can count on you.
Over the last year, we supported our Advisers and Members in many ways. We carried out a major financial survey and released our video ‘Your friend for life’, as well as our well-received claim statistics card. We also provided weekly updates and continued supporting Advisers with our useful Ask an Underwriter tool.
In the past, our excellent products and personal service have helped us scoop some fantastic awards, including Highly Commended in last year’s Service Beyond the Call of Duty. We’d love your vote to help us add to that tally.

Our Ask an Underwriter chat tool continues to be a great success. Designed to allow you to quickly and easily receive expert advice from Underwriters, it’s another great example of how we go above and beyond to provide the finest service.

We don’t have a call centre. Why? Because when you call Cirencester Friendly, we want you to be able to speak to our highly experienced and friendly Adviser Support Team. Dedicated, helpful, and knowledgeable, our experts are on hand to give you all the support and advice you might need.
Putting people first
We’re always looking to provide Members with better cover and more financial security – and Advisers with brilliant products to sell. For example, My Extra Benefits where, for a small additional premium, Members can enhance their cover with Fracture & Hospitalisation Benefit and Immediate Death Benefit.
