Buy to Let

 Following the recent announcement of our new affordability approach for Buy to Let customers without capital raising, we’ve refreshed our Buy to Let pricing and launching new Remortgage Specials, including market-leading zero product fee options:

  • 60% LTV 2 year fixed Buy to Let 2.29% with £0 product fee, remortgage only
  • 75% LTV 2 year fixed Buy to Let 2.59% with £0 product fee, remortgage only

Not only do these specials offer competitive rates, they also have the added benefit of our Remortgage Cashback, providing a free standard valuation and £250 cashback on completion.

 

Residential

We’ve launched new First time buyer exclusives across a range of LTVs. All of these deals have zero product fee, a free standard valuation and £250 cashback on completion, to help clients with upfront costs.

We’ve also made selected rate reductions of up to 0.30%, including:

  • 60% LTV 2 year fixed 1.19% with £999 product fee, purchase and remortgage
  • 60% LTV 5 year fixed 1.84% with £999 product fee, purchase and remortgage
