If you produced a mortgage illustration directly through www.clydesdalebankintermediaries.co.uk between 21st April and 26th April 2017, it is possible that it may have been affected by a problem with the calculation of monthly instalments in the event of the APRC rising. This information is contained at the end of section 13 of our illustrations.
This problem has now been resolved.
No other sections of the illustration were affected. This includes payment amounts within section 6 ‘What you will need to pay each month’.
No illustrations obtained through third party sourcing systems were affected.
No mortgage offers were affected.
