We’re delighted to tell you that our maximum LTV for remortgage customers is now 90%.

Our 90% LTV products include a 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate mortgage, starting from 2.20%.

This increase in LTV is in response to a growing demand from you, our brokers. This will be particularly useful for first time buyers who bought with a smaller deposit and are now looking for a low rate at the end of their current deal.

These changes are now live.
