We have made changes to our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) for both Residential and Buy to Let mortgages, in line with the recent reductions to the Bank of England Base Rate, therefore the new rates are:

We have contacted our customers where this applies to let them know about the change. There won’t be any changes for existing customers who have fixed rate savings or borrowing products.
