We’re pleased to confirm we’re launching a number of competitive new purchase and remortgage products into both our Residential and Buy to Let ranges.

Key Changes

These changes include launching a suite of competitive new products including:

  • New 75% LTV Residential 2 Year Tracker rates, available for purchase and remortgage applications for loans up to £2m
  • New 75% LTV Residential 2 and 5 Year Fixed rates, available for purchase and remortgage applications for loans up to £2m
  • New 70% LTV Buy to Let 2 and 5 Year Fixed rates, available for BTL purchase and remortgage applications, and introducing two new rates for Portfolio Landlords

  • Residential 2.12% 2 Year Tracker, £0 fee, 75% LTV,  Loans £5k – £2m
  • Residential 1.79% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 75% LTV, Loans £5k – £2m
  • Buy to Let Portfolio Landlord – 2.40% 2 Year Fixed, £2,495  fee, 70% LTV, Loans £35k – £1m

Key product change timings confirmed

  • Existing products: Final date for generating a Mortgage Information Sheet (MIS) Wednesday 21st October, 2020
  • Last new lending applications on withdrawn products*: Friday 30th October, 2020
