All our 90% LTV rates have a maximum term of 30 years and are not available for new builds, flats or maisonettes.
Virgin Money product transfers—customer account numbers
To submit a product transfer application online, you’ll need the customer’s existing mortgage account number. Your customer should have this to hand, as it’s on their statements and our fixed-term-end reminder letter, but if they’re struggling to find it, you can call your dedicated Regional Service Team, who’ll go through some security with you and let you know what you need.
We also have a handy guide to help you through our product transfer application process available on our website.
Packaging for speedy Offers
When we have all the documents we need right at the start, we can process your applications much more quickly. Help us out by getting all your supporting documents ready to send to us when you submit the application. For a refresher on what we need, give our Virgin Money or Clydesdale Bank packaging guides a look.

British Mortgage Awards (BMAs) are open!
The British Mortgage Awards 2021 have begun, and we’d love to see some of our colleagues recognised for all the hard work they’ve put into keeping things running smoothly over the last year. We’re supporting Nicola Goldie in the Head of National Accounts category and Musu Stevens, our incredibly dedicated Business Development Manager, for Best BDM. If you’d like to show your support, please submit your nominations at the British Mortgage Awards 2021 nominations page.
