Please note

  • For customers who choose to take the option of a cash facility, there will be a 0.05% increase to the MER rates (in order to then calculate the AER rates, you need to add the 0.05% increase to the MER first)
  • There are two tiers of interest rate reduction for those customers who choose to service some or all of the monthly interest:
    • If servicing below 25% of the monthly interest there will be no reduction
    • If servicing 25.01% +  of the monthly interest amount there will now be a 0.05% reduction
  • J6 has uncapped cashback

 

When will these changes take effect?

These changes will be implemented on Wednesday 10th November 2021.  All new quotes from this date will be provided on the new terms.

For any pipeline quotes, we will need to receive applications before close of business on Wednesday 24th November. Any applications received after this date will be on the new interest rates.
