Changes to our product range
On Wednesday 6 October, we’re making the following changes to our product range:
First time buyer and home mover products including Affordable Housing – Shared Equity / Shared Ownership (SE/SO)

Introduction of Affordable Housing products available between 85-90% loan to value (LTV) across 2 and 5 year fixed rate products
•
Maximum loan increased to £750,000 where applicable on 85-90% LTV products
•
Rate reductions of up to 0.35% on 2 and 5 year fixed rate 90-95% LTV products
Remortgage – new 85-90% products introduced
•
2 and 5 year fixed rate products with £0, £999 and £1499 fee options
•
Affordable Housing SE/SO 2 year £999 fee product
