Dear Partner
The Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) is a recognised quality standard for conveyancing practices, intended to prevent fraud and promote high standards across the legal conveyancing sector.
CQS accreditation has been our primary conveyancing panel requirement since September 2016. Council of Licenced Conveyancers (CLC) lawyers will still be accepted provided they meet our other criteria. All other conveyancing panel criteria continue to apply.
From 26 September 2017:
- Before submission of an application, brokers must check that conveyancers who will act for Kent Reliance and the borrower satisfy the criteria located at krfi.co.uk/conveyancing.
- Conveyancers not meeting the new criteria will not be accepted to act on Kent Reliance’s behalf for new lending. Please ensure that any cases submitted from the above date onwards include conveyancers meeting the criteria.
Thank you for your continued support.
