Time for reflections

It’s that time of year where we all take a moment to pause and reflect on the past 12 months. It’s certainly been an ‘interesting’ journey regardless of your circumstances. Here at OneFamily we are feeling positive (despite the government’s Coronavirus Plan-B coming into effect). There’s lots to be cheerful about:

• Our growing team which is going from strength to strength
• releasing the enhanced Super LTV product last month
• the design and development of new products to expand our range in 2022
• Not to mention all the good work achieved as part of our OneFamily vision of Inspiring Better Futures, to help our members, people and communities

We wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with our latest insight. The research we commissioned showed that 76% of over 50s are now more likely to stay in their current home for life. Our findings show there is a trend emerging where equity release could be an option to explore with the help of a Financial Adviser for the purposes of consumers continuing to live in the home that holds happy memories. Feeling festive

We are very much looking forward to spending time with those people who are special to us – and we hope you have made plans to make the most of the festive break too. We all need space and time to take care of ourselves. With this in mind, we wanted to remind you of the office opening times from 24 December until 3 January 2022.

• We are closed from 1pm on 24 December and open again on Wednesday 29 to Friday 31 December
• We are closed on Bank Holiday Monday 3 January 2022 and resume our normal working hours of 9am to 5.30pm from Tuesday 4 January 2022 onwards

Our Inbox is always available so you can contact us or send us emails, which we will pick up and respond to once our office re-opens following the festive Bank Holidays. In addition, don’t forget our secure portal is accessible 24/7 for your convenience.
