The offer is open to brokers signing up to TFC’s new special members’ club, Focus, and is in partnership with leading law firm Blacks Connect. Designed for intermediaries and free of charge, membership of Focus will offer a wide range of advantages to brokers and their clients such as a priority helpdesk and semi exclusive offers and products.

The first exclusive offer is the £1m-worth of conveyancing fees available over a six-month period, saving remortgage clients hundreds of pounds each. This offer is subject to lender approval and does not include cases in Scotland nor third party disbursements.
