Introducing our lowest ever 5 year fixed rate at 1.99%

We have reduced selected 5 year fixed rates at 50% LTV by 0.15%. And we’re introducing 50% LTV, 2 and 5 year fixed rate products, including our lowest ever 5 year fixed rate at 1.99%.

New 2 and 5 year fixed 50% LTV products

• NEW 2 year fixed rates at 50% LTV with no fee, starting at 2.14%
• NEW 5 year fixed rates at 50% LTV, starting at 1.99%                   

5 year fixed rate reductions

• 5 year fixed rates at 50% LTV with a £1,995 fee reduced by 0.15% to 2.04%

Selected switcher rates will also be changing, with fixed rates now starting at 1.99%.
