On Thursday 19 November, we will improve our Intermediary Exclusive BTL range by launching new 75% LTV rates starting from 2.59% with a £995 fee.
The great news is, our special offer giving landlords £750 cashback on all BTL Intermediary Exclusives has also been extended. It won’t be available for long, so apply soon to avoid missing out.
Summary of changes:
NEW BTL Intermediary Exclusive deals available to both purchase and remortgage customers will be introduced at 75% LTV with £750 cashback:
- 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 2.59% with a £1,995 fee
- 5 Year Fixed Rate available at 3.65% with a £1,995 fee
- 2 Year Tracker Rate available at 2.59% with a £995 fee
Additional information
All other product features including end dates will remain unchanged.
Our Intermediary Exclusive products are available to intermediaries registered with Mortgage Clubs and Networks appointed to Virgin Money’s National Account panel.
