From Friday 15 April, we will be introducing some new mortgage deals to our semi-exclusive range and changing the rates on several of our residential and buy-to-let purchase and remortgage semi-exclusive deals.

The new purchase deals being launched are:

2 year fixed rate, 85% LTV £995, product fee – 1.94%

2 year fixed rate, 90% LTV £0 product fee – 2.74%

5 year fixed rate, 85% LT, £995 product fee – 3.08%

5 year fixed rate, 85% LTV, £0 product fee – 3.40%

5 year fixed rate, 90% LTV, £995 product fee – 3.28%.

The new first-time buyer deals being launched are:

2 year fixed rate, 90% LTV, £0 product fee – 2.69%

5 year fixed rate, 90% LTV, £0 product fee – 3.53%.

Selected residential purchase deals that are having their rates reduced are:

2 year fixed rate 60% LTV, £995 product fee, reduced to 1.43%

2 year fixed rate 70% LTV, £995 product fee, reduced to 1.59%

5 year fixed rate 60% LTV, £995 product fee, reduced to 2.23%.

In addition, the end dates for all mortgages in the semi-exclusive and core ranges have changed.
