All our mortgage binding offers will now be valid for a 180-day period.
This will provide customers with extra peace of mind and remove delays caused by reprocessing work to extend offers, or reprocessing of applications where the offer period cannot be extended.
If drawdown has not taken place by the end of the offer period, you must resubmit the case for approval using on-sale products and rates available at that time.
