On Tuesday 27 September 2016 we reduced the rates on a number of our products by up to 25bps:

Full product* details are:

  • 60% LTV, 10 year fixed, 2.59%, £995 product fee – purchase and remortgage
  • 80% LTV, 5 year fixed, 2.44%, £995 product fee – purchase (HS) and remortgage
  • 85% LTV, 5 year fixed, 2.54%, £995 product fee – purchase (HS) and remortgage
  • 85% LTV, 5 year fixed, 2.79%, £0 product fee – purchase (HS) and remortgage
  • 90% LTV, 5 year fixed, 3.14%, £995 product fee – purchase (HS) and remortgage
  • 90% LTV, 5 year fixed, 3.44%, £0 product fee – purchase (HS) and remortgage

As you can see our Homebuyer Solution (HS) benefit package** is available on a number of our purchase products:

  • Homebuyer Solution is where clients will benefit from a free standard valuation for mortgage purposes on properties up to £2.5million plus £250 cashback on completion as a contribution towards legal costs. Early repayment charges apply.

 

We also reduced the rates on a number of our Large Loan products by up to 55bps:

  • 70% LTV, 2 year fixed, 1.74%, £1,995 product fee – purchase and remortgage
  • 60% LTV, 5 year fixed, 2.09%, £1,995 product fee – purchase and remortgage
  • 70% LTV, 5 year fixed, 2.29%, £1,995 product fee – purchase and remortgage

 

Finally, we are also launched new residential products, including Intermediary exclusives which will be available for a limited time only:

  • 80% LTV, 2 year fixed, 1.64%, £995 product fee – purchase (HS) and remortgage

Intermediary Exclusives:

  • 75% LTV, 2 year fixed, 1.39%, £995 product fee – purchase (HS) and remortgage
  • 90% LTV, 2 year fixed, 2.34%, £995 product fee – purchase (HS) and remortgage
