In line with the closure of the Help to Buy Mortgage Guarantee scheme by the Government, we will be removing the following two products with effect from Thursday 22 December 2016:

  • 3.99% 2 Year Fixed (Help to Buy 2), 95% LTV, £0 fee
  • 4.75% 5 Year Fixed (Help to Buy 2), 95% LTV, £0 fee

Both products will be withdrawn on Thursday 22 December, with last applications available until Saturday 31 December.

 

Why are we doing this?

The UK Government’s Help to Buy 2 (Mortgage Guarantee) scheme will run until 31 December 2016.
