From Friday 10 March please use the updated accountant’s certificate dated March 2017 on our website. It’s been updated with the following:
- Sections C and D updated where figures are required for the business
- Section E provides clarification about what the Accountant needs to complete.
For full mortgage applications submitted by close of business Friday 10 March, we’ll accept the previous accountant’s certificate dated November 2016.
