Aegon UK has today launched a new key person replacement service for business protection customers.
The service, provided by cazden, is available throughout the lifetime of the policy, not just at the point of a claim. It comes at no extra cost and is in addition to the existing health and wellbeing service, provided by Health Assured.
Business owners can seek support when they need it most from cazden’s business consultants on the phone from 9am to 5pm on weekdays.
These consultants offer help and guidance on how to find replacement ‘key’ personnel by providing:
- CVs of potential candidates;
- advice and support when looking for a permanent replacement;
- support in writing job specifications, adverts and recruitment agency briefs; and
- advice, guidance and support on all aspects of employment law.
