Following the strong Q3 2016 recovery and the subsequent fall in Q4, the results show landlord’s confidence in their own lettings business has fallen further this quarter and is once again approaching historic low levels. They also highlight landlords’ future intentions, including their consideration of transferring to a LTD company structure.
