Paying claims is the most important thing we can do as a provider, and I am pleased to share our 2016 claims statistics with you. Last year alone, we:

paid 99% of our Life Insurance claims

paid 93% of our Critical Illness claims

paid out over £211 million in total for Life Insurance and Critical Illness claims – that’s £810,797 every working day

helped over 9500 people and their families when they needed it the most.
