Changes to selected fixed and tracker rates

With effect from Wednesday 21 June, we’re making some changes to our fixed and tracker rate products. Also, we’re removing the 70% LTV tier from our product range.

Fixed and tracker rate reductions

• 5 year fixed rates across 60%, 75%, 80% and 85% LTV tiers reduced by up to 0.35%
• 10 year fixed rates at 75% LTV reduced by 0.10%
• 5 year Equity Share fixed rates at 75% LTV reduced by 0.10%
• 5 year tracker rates at 75% LTV reduced by 0.05%

Fixed and tracker rate increases

• 2 year fixed rates at 95% LTV increased by 0.30%
• 2 year tracker rates at 95% LTV increased by 0.30%

How to reserve existing products

You can reserve existing products through NFI Online and NFI MTE until 5:00pm today Tuesday 20 June 2017.

Paper applications must be posted to the address below with a postmark no later than Tuesday 20 June 2017.
