Mutual Respect Statement

At The Right Mortgage and Protection Network our three core values are Trust, Respect and Partnership. These values apply to every area of the business whether we are dealing with a colleague, adviser or provider.

We expect all advisers to show our staff and providers the same respect at all times. We take any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour extremely seriously.

Equally, we expect all staff to show our advisers and providers with the same respect at all times. We take any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour extremely seriously.

Anyone verbally abusing members of staff, advisers, colleagues or providers will be issued with a warning letter from the Network stating that this behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the network.
