Our underwriting team is committed to providing the same standards for new business decisions, set pre COVID-19, we are determined to help as many people as possible obtain the peace of mind protection brings. We still offer over 83% of applicants an instant decision following application and over 90% have a decision within 24 hours.

The unusual usual

We understand that COVID-19 has meant some traditional forms of medical evidence cannot currently be obtained. We are working with our advisers and customers to find solutions to those who require medical screenings.

We are pleased that we are currently still receiving a good volume of health reports from GPs and our underwriters are working at home processing your customer’s applications with the usual speed and efficiency.
