  • Up to 75% LTV*
  • 2 year fixed from 3.24%
  • 5 year fixed from 3.44%
  • Product Fee 1.5% (min £795) which can be added to the loan
  • First time landlords considered up to £500,000
  • HMO and MUBs accepted
  • Available to individual and Limited Company SPVs
  • We lend on properties across England, Scotland and Wales

*Australia max LTV 70%. Expat rates quoted based on borrowing of 70% LTV, 75% LTV also available.
