We’re making the following changes to our Buy to Let product range at 6pm on Friday 25^th August:

New Buy to Let products

We’re introducing four new 2 year 60% and 75% LTV products and one new 5 year 75% LTV product.

Buy to Let rates going down

We’re cutting rates on 25 fixed rate products at 2 and 5 year by up to 27bps.

Buy to Let fees added

We’re adding a £450 fee to two products.

Affected products will be withdrawn at 5pm and replaced at 6pm on Friday 25th August. Please find attached the Buy to Let product guide.
