We’re pleased to confirm we’ve made competitive rate reductions to a selection of 2 year fixed rate products within our existing residential purchase, remortgage and reward ranges.

Residential purchase and remortgage rate reductions:

• Reduced – 1.50% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 75% LTV – reducing to 1.38%
• Reduced – 2.04% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 80% LTV  – reducing to 1.97%
• Reduced – 2.75% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 85% LTV – reducing to 2.49%

Residential product transfer Reward rate reductions:

• Reduced – 1.44% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 75% LTV – reducing to 1.38%
• Reduced – 1.99% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 80% LTV  – reducing to 1.97%
