We previously communicated on Thursday 24 June that we would be withdrawing further advances and want to remind you of what is happening with the availability of further advances and completion deadlines as we continue to move from ‘The One Minute Mortgage’ to ‘BM Solutions Online’ for submitting applications.
Further advances
- You can submit further advances via the “One Minute Mortgage” up until 8pm on Sunday 1 August.
- All further advances must complete by Tuesday 24 August.
- We will be unable to extend offers beyond 24 August.
- We will not be able to accept further advance applications after Sunday 1 August until further notice. Please do not contact us, we will advise you as soon as possible when we will start accepting further advance applications again.

Also, you may notice there are two new tabs – ‘Product Transfer’ and ‘Further Advance’ under the ‘My Applications’ section on BM Solutions Online – these are in preparation for our new application processes and there is no functionality behind these two tabs until we launch our new applications.
