We publish our Claim Statistics every year to ensure transparency whilst also giving you the confidence to entrust your clients to us.

In 2016 we paid 94.7% of claims, an increase on last year’s figure of 94%. This demonstrates our continuous commitment in supporting our Members when they need us the most.

The greatest percentage of claims in 2016 was 34.3% for accident or injury, highlighting the value of insuring against the risk of less obvious causes of lost earnings.
