Lender Relationship Management
Location: Knowle, West Midlands
Salary: £30,000.00 /year
Job Purpose
We are looking for talented and experienced professionals to work within our rapidly expanding network developing our key relationships with lenders. To provide our advisers information and advice on the correct product and criteria as part of our mortgage desk.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and sustain lender relationship
- Liaise direct with advisers regarding lender suitability and criteria
- Provide reports and MI to the board of Directors
- Meet targets regarding mortgage volumes
Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years’ experience with lender relationship/mortgage desk role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, friendly and professional manner speaking to people over the telephone and in person is vital
- Sense of humour and friendly personality
- Hard-working and self-motivated approach.
- Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Social media – Confident with the use of Twitter and LinkedIn
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
